German Award for Clients 2009/2010 Renovation
Award 13. January 2010 in the range of DEUBAU in Essen
The German Award for Clients 2009 Renovation, of the campaign High Quality - Affordable Costs in house building has been awarded for the Rehabilitation of the Boschetsrieder Residential Estate in Munich, a residential estate built in the 1950ies. Moreover the special award for listed residential buildings Denkmalschutz im Wohnungsbau, as an example for a notably outstanding project in rehabilitation of listed residential buildings.
Promoter of this award is the working party KOOPERATION of GdW Federal Union of German Housing and Real Estate Associations, of German Association of Architects BDA and of German Cities Council DST.
10 awards have been assigned of nationwide 132 submitted projects.
The awards ceremony will take place on January 13th, 2010 during the trade fair DEUBAU 2010 in Essen, in conjunction with the symposium Energetically Rehabilitation of Urban Districts.
