Living in the Vincenti-Park Baden-Baden

Commission following 1. prize in architectural competition

The architectural competition was a follow-up to a previous urban planning competition. The 30 spacious, loft-style apartments are spread over four houses. The polygonally designed structures follow the surrounding topography. This connection is also reflected by the roofs which are slightly inclined to mimic the slope of the site and create generous penthouses. In order to guarantee the views to the park (south) and the city-skyline (north) the floorplans were developed to span between the north and south faces.
