Barrier-free Housing in Hollern

The barrier-free residential home provides sheltered housing for 40 residents with handicap and is located in a special education center with gardening facilities in Hollern, Bavaria.
The appartments in the 2-storey T-Building are organized in clusters which are orientated to the central hall and the common rooms.

The whole building is handicapped accessible and barrier-free. The wooden construction with partially prefabricated elements, e.g. the bathrooms, is cost- and time-efficient.
